Last weekend I took myself (and my long suffering friend!) off to the Restoration and Home Show at Ripley Castle, near Harrogate.
Despite the cold, you’d never think it was May, we had a brilliant afternoon wandering round all the stalls and saw some fantastic items. It was brilliant inspiration for those interested in vintage furniture or recycling/upcycling old furniture for new use.
I’m currently working on a penthouse apartment in Harrogate where the client wants an industrial feel, so I let them know about the fair and they headed down on Sunday to pick some some 1940’s vintage lamps and a brilliant table thats going to look fab. Pics of their project to follow but for now, I hope these pictures are a bit inspiring!
PS I really want the Max Factor lamp for my bathroom – it is fantastic!!
